Hillwood considers very carefully its land and building acquisitions and seeks the best possible options for its logistics customers. Comprehensive market searches are conducted for customers looking for upgraded space and include:

  • Available locations in major industrial and business areas of the country
  • Access to the network of expressways and highways
  • Available public transportation
  • Available technical structure (internet, phones, etc.)
  • Each site developed will be at least 24.7 acres (10 hectares) with a minimum requirement of 107,639 square feet (10,000 m2).
