A veterinary sector tenant rents a warehouse in Hillwood Częstochowa West
MEDiVET S.A., a leading veterinary product and service provider, moves into the Hillwood Częstochowa West warehousing park. The new tenant has occupied 3385 sqm of warehousing and 250 sqm of office space.
MEDiVET S.A. has been building its expertise for 30 years. Since 2019, it has been a part of Covetrus, an international veterinary corporation, employing more than 5500 people all over the world.
Building upon the local market insights and the unique international expertise, the company takes care of the health and well-being of animals, providing veterinary clinics all over the country with a vast range of veterinary products and services, as well as an educational offer. Their business is based on three pillars: PRODUCTS, SERVICES, EDUCATION, which makes Medivet “something more than just a vet wholesaler”.
The space rented by MEDiVET at the logistics center will serve as a pharmaceutical wholesale warehouse for veterinary medicinal products and a pharmaceutical wholesaler for Częstochowa and its surroundings.
With 3635 square meters of space, the new MEDiVET warehouse offers space for 32,000 bulk products and 2800 pallet places for veterinary medicinal products, veterinary diets, animal food, supplements, surgical instruments and modern diagnostic equipment, also offering office space for the employees.
“On average, MEDiVET ships 12,500 freight lines a day, completes same-day orders and provides the products ordered to veterinary specialists within 24 hours.
We guarantee the highest standard of organization and processes. The warehouse has been equipped with state-of-the-art logistic systems, allowing us to improve our inbound/outbound operating performance for our customers and vendors”, says Michał Wadas, Head of Logistics, MEDiVET S.A.
“The technical and IT solutions employed allow us to control the temperature of the stored products 24 h a day within the range of 2–8°C and 15–25°C. Our new warehousing space meets all European medicine warehousing and distribution standards”, adds Michał Wadas.

The premises have been adjusted to the specific requirements of the tenant, strictly regulated by pharmaceutical laws, including, but not limited to the regulations concerning good distribution practices for medicinal products and veterinary medicinal products. Under these requirements, it is essential to provide temperature and humidity control throughout the entire warehouse and adhere to appropriate cleanliness and goods arrangement standards.” adds Katarzyna Żbikowska.

The Hillwood Częstochowa West logistics park offers over 24 thousand sqm of modern warehousing space. It is located in Libidza, 13 km north-west from Częstochowa. Being located directly at the road 43, connecting Częstochowa with Wieluń, provides prefect visibility for the facility and quick access to the nearby “Częstochowa Jasna Góra” A1 motorway junction.
