Hillwood Poland Secures EUR 155 Million in Financing from Bank Millennium for the Acquisition of Four Logistics Parks

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Hillwood Poland completed a financing transaction with Bank Millennium S.A. to acquire logistics properties located in Tychy, Bieruń, and two parks in Wrocław. The total financing amounted to approximately EUR 155 million and comprised an acquisition loan together with a VAT financing facility. The total gross leasable area (GLA) of the acquired assets is 250,000 sq m.
