Tecnia Europe selects Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki to launch its operations in Poland
Tecnia Europe has leased nearly 2,800 sqm of space at Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki. This is the company’s first warehouse and operational facility in Poland and an important step in its continued expansion across the European market.
The agreement covers approximately 2,800 sqm of warehouse, office and welfare space. The new location will serve as an operational base supporting Tecnia Europe’s customers in Poland and other European countries.
Tecnia Europe supplies specialist self-adhesive materials for label and packaging manufacturers, used in flexographic, offset and digital printing. The company benefits from an international production network with a capacity of up to 50 million sqm of materials per month and is developing its European distribution network in cooperation with partners including the Hungarian CNI Group, which has operated in the printing and packaging industry since 2002.
“Tecnia Europe’s decision to move into Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki demonstrates that our park is also an attractive location for companies launching their operations in Poland. In this case, understanding the tenant’s needs, acting quickly and taking a flexible approach to organisational and technical matters were particularly important. Thanks to the efficient cooperation of all parties involved, Tecnia Europe was able to commence operations within a short timeframe. We are pleased to support the company’s growth in both the Polish and European markets,” says Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director at Hillwood Poland.
“A thorough understanding of Tecnia Europe’s operating model was essential to defining the right property criteria. We conducted a targeted market review, assessed the available locations and coordinated the commercial, technical and operational workstreams through to lease execution. Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki emerged as the strongest fit for the client’s requirements. The lease was signed exactly one month after the space was first presented to the client – an exceptional turnaround given the scope and complexity of the arrangements involved. We are pleased to have advised Tecnia Europe throughout this key stage of its entry into the Polish market,” says Martyna Krężel, Managing Partner at 88 Group.
Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki is a modern Class A warehouse complex with a planned total area of nearly 88,000 sqm. The park is being developed in Chlebnia, directly adjacent to the A2 motorway and approximately 35 km west of central Warsaw. Its location provides convenient access to both the Warsaw metropolitan area and the main transport routes leading towards western Poland and the rest of Europe. Less than 15,000 sqm of space remains available for lease at the park.
