Another Hillwood project coming up in the center of Poland
Hillwood Zgierz park construction has commenced. 3LP to be the first warehousing space tenant. Hillwood Poland has started the construction of a new Hillwood logistics center in Zgierz. This is yet another project of this developer in the region (the previous ones were executed in Kutno and Stryków). The first lease contract for 17 thousand sqm. of warehousing and office space was signed with 3LP S.A., one of the leading logistics providers in the country.
The Hillwood Zgierz park is distinguished by its excellent location, only 2.5 km from the entrance onto the A2 motorway, not far from the intersection of A1 (north–south) and A2 (east–west) motorways. Such location ensures quick and swift arrival to the borders with Germany, Czechia and Belarus, as well as to the seaports in Gdańsk and Gdynia.

The Hillwood Zgierz park will offer a higher technical standard. The building will be 12 meters high, with increases fire resistance (+4000 mJ/sqm) and an increased floor load capacity (up to 8 t/sqm). 41 thousand sqm are still available for lease. The minimum warehousing module is 3800 sqm. It should be noted that the space can be fully adjusted to meet the future tenant’s needs. Depending on the requirements, the developer will provide office space or amenities.
