Cooperation between Hillwood Poland and BNP Paribas bank continues
BNP Paribas is financing new Hillwood Poland investments worth over 44 million EUR. Hillwood Poland, a leading developer of commercial spaces, signed a loan agreement with BNP Paribas, worth over 26.7 million EUR for the construction of a logistics park in Syców. Over the last six months, the bank financed the construction of two other Hillwood investments worth 18 million EUR in total – in Siechnice and Rawa Mazowiecka.

We are content with the cooperation with our partner and above all with the swift process of negotiating commercial conditions and a quick credit decision”, says Hubert Michalak, President of the Board at Hillwood Poland. The Syców warehousing park utilizes a number of solutions that are in line with our sustainability policy. Like at all our other warehouses, energy-efficient LED lighting was installed, and part of the equipment will be powered with green energy from a photovoltaic farm. Instead of typical lawns, the area surrounding the premises will be sown with flower meadows, not only to please the eye with the colorful flowers, but also to provide savings and create a better natural microclimate around the park”, he adds.

Hillwood Syców is a logistics center located a little over 50 km off Wrocław, at the border of the Greater Poland and Lower Silesia voivodships, directly at the S8 expressway. The two halls will offer a total of 87.698 sqm of modern warehousing space. The park’s location ensures swift access to the Wrocław agglomeration and the A4 motorway. Operations of the complex will be initiated in June this year.
Throughout the Hillwood investments in Syców, Siechnice and Rawa Mazowiecka, BNP Paribas was supported by the team from CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang law firm in Warsaw, while Hillwood was supported by Clifford Chance.
